About Lauren Wynns

Lauren Wynns is a corporate attorney with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, corporate governance and complex business disputes. Lauren’s notable transactions include a cross-border inversion merger of two public companies, the auction sale of a large private equity fund’s controlling investment in a fuel business, the negotiation of a commercial real estate joint venture on behalf of Morgan Stanley and the refinancing negotiations on a defaulted $45 billion loan.

Prior to joining Marino Finley, Lauren practiced law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. In addition to practicing law, Lauren has extensive experience in consulting and working with the federal government - particularly the Department of Defense and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
